Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the evaluation and analysis of nacelle system reliability, safety, maintainability, and testability RMS&T / 4-abilities. Responsible for thrust reverser actuation system TRAS requirements and verification management, system architecture design, electric drive system design, hydraulic system analysis, thrust reverser control logic, and related interface design. Responsible for the development management of nacelle-related accessories/components defining accessory requirements, accessory scheme design, accessory engineering design, product qualification certification, airworthiness work, accessory reliability, etc.. Responsible for nacelle system requirements management and verification, including requirement validation, verification planning, preparing test-related documents, supporting tests, and handling/coordinating on-site testing issues. Support nacelle system test planning, test specimen design, prototype fabrication, and testing. Responsible for formulating medium to long term roadmaps and implementation plans for nacelle system integration technology development. Responsible for establishing and improving the nacelle system integration methodology system, including drafting standards and specifications for nacelle overall structure, requirement validation & verification, RMS&T, and TRAS design, improving design workflows, and establishing forward design and analysis workflows. Responsible for summarizing technical experience in nacelle system integration and verification, preparing training materials, and participating in academic exchanges.Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree or above preferred outstanding bachelor's degree holders considered; 3+ years of relevant work experience. Majors in Aeroengine, Gas Turbine, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Aircraft Design and Manufacturing, or Mechanics preferred. Solid technical knowledge in aeroengines systems engineering, RMS&T analysis, engine principles, engine structures, mechatronics, mechanical manufacturing, mechanics of materials/structures/vibration/fluids, engineering materials, thermodynamics, etc. background in system and accessory design and development preferred. Proficient in at least one 3D modeling software or FEA pre/post-processing software e.g., UG, CATIA, PRO E, HyperMesh, Ansys, Nastran, Patran, etc. experience using MATLAB/Simulink for motor control simulation is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Strong ability to summarize technical experience and write technical reports/papers; academic exchange experience preferred. Experience in aviation institutes or MRO facilities preferred; experience leading research/engineering projects, modular/standardized engineering practices, or quality/configuration management/systems engineering/manufacturing is preferred. Candidates must be willing to live and work in Shanghai for 1-3 years initial contract
