Our Aerospace client based in Shanghai, China, are looking to appoint an Aircraft Braking Control Systems Design Engineer for a new Aircraft program. This will be a long term role for an expert within aircraft braking systems design and development. Fixed term contracts will be offered to the successful candidate. If you are interested to live and work in Asia, this opportunity will allow that to happen with plenty of time to explore this region, its culture and customs. Remuneration includes salary, living expenses package and large tax free bonuses.
Role:
- Responsible for the development of brake control laws
- Carry out full digital simulation of brake system and HWIL hardware-in-the-loop simulation
- Support brake system test and flight test
- Support the airworthiness certification of the brake system
Qualifications:
- More than 10 years of experience in the design of brake system control laws of mature models such as Boeing and Airbus
- Experience in brake control law software development
- Experience in braking control law simulation
Candidates must be willing to live and work in China for 2-3 years initial contract with options to extend beyond. This position offers long term steady work.
