As Sales Administrator at Strongdor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will provide valuable support while also embracing opportunities for professional development.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations based on information provided by the Sales team.
  • Ensure all quotation documents meet company standards and formatting requirements.
  • Flag any inconsistencies, missing data, or issues requiring clarification from the Sales team.
  • Support process improvements by suggesting efficiencies or system enhancements.
  • Any other ad hoc duties.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suites.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

Lancashire, LA3 3BJ Office based in Northgate, White Lund, Morecambe

Hours of work

Monday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday: 7.00 am - 4.00 pm
Thursday: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
Friday: 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
