About the role:
As Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. We currently have vacancies in the below areas:
- Machine Shop
- Paint Line
- Packaging/Despatch
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Relaying process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
- Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process.
Full training will be provided for this role.
