We currently have roles available on our day shift and late shift:
- Day Shift Hours: Standard day hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00am – 4:00pm on a Wednesday, and 7:00am – 2:45pm on a Friday. However, these hours may vary slightly depending on department which can be discussed during the interview stage.
- Late Shift Hours: 2:45pm – 12:45am, Monday to Thursday.
Salary: £27,977.25 (+10% shift allowance for late shift only)

About the role: As Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Relaying process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
- Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process.
Full training is provided for this role.
