As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised, commercially aware, and technically minded Sales Administrator to join our Projects Team. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in supporting project quotations, customer relationships, and the successful delivery of commercial opportunities across the UK.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing project enquiries and initial quotation, working closely with customers and internal departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service throughout the customer journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Review project requirements, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, architects, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
  • Conduct customer and project review calls to assist with decision‑making.
  • Proactively follow up quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain detailed project records and CRM information to ensure accurate project tracking.
  • Monitor market activity, customer feedback, and product opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within a sales support, project coordination, estimating, specification, or administrative environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and committed to following tasks through to completion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and understand project requirements in depth.
  • A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing, building products, or technical sales environments.
  • Familiarity with project quotations, tender submissions, or specification‑led sales processes.

Why You’ll Love Working at Strongdor:

When you join us you’ll benefit from:

  • Quarterly discretionary bonus scheme
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Buy up to 5 additional holidays per year
  • Enhanced holiday entitlement with length of service
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
