Role Overview
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production and customer orders running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for organising schedules, supporting different departments, and ensuring everything is completed on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the production schedule, taking into consideration variables such as capacity, lead times, customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the manufacturing and sales team to agree manufacturing and delivery dates and keep them updated.
- Keep track of progress and make sure schedules are followed.
- Prepare and release order paperwork so jobs can be completed without delay.
- Communicate with the Production Manager and Procurement team to check stock levels and capacity for upcoming orders.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure orders are processed and finished on time.
- Look for ways to improve how we work, making processes simpler and reducing waste.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Support the Manufacturing, Sales and Technical teams by responding quickly to enquiries.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues across the business.
- Share responsibility for answering incoming calls and intercom queries.
- Other ad hoc duties as needed to support the team.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
