Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries with our transport partner.
- Communicate delivery requirements and timelines clearly to all parties.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of transport arrangements and costs.
- Liaise with internal teams to align delivery schedules with production timelines.
- Share responsibility for answering incoming calls and intercom queries.
- Other ad hoc duties.
