Experience Oxfordshire have created a new role to join the marketing and partnerships team as Marketing & Partnerships Manager. You will manage a small marketing team who work closely with the 200+ members (including hotels, attractions, restaurants and sightseeing companies).
As Marketing & Partnerships Manager you will be offered a varied and busy role which will include:
- Management of key partners
- Developing key objectives
- Generating new partner income
- Delivering marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C
- Delivering marketing campaigns
- Working with the media on high profile events
- Managing the partnership event programmes
- Attending industry events
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and the CEO
A knowledge of working with the MICE market would be useful. A background in marketing and partnerships would preferably include working within the tourism sector and have strong knowledge of Oxfordshire as a destination. You must have a commercial marketing background and have worked both B2B and B2C, and enjoy developing a talented team.
Please note: This Marketing & Partnerships Manager role is an office-based role, but you will attend regular events around the country and must hold a clean licence and have a car (mileage paid).
