Our client is a long established DMC handling international Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events coming to the UK. Working with a variety of markets including USA, South America, Europe and South Africa, their business is primarily within the luxury 5 star hotel market.

They are seeking a special candidate to train and develop as a trainee Events Executive. We hope you will quickly be developed into a Project Manager. The ideal candidates will have worked with an inbound tour operator or DMC or in an area of events.

The role is varied and interesting and includes:

  • Being trained how to create the itinerary
  • Preparing costings
  • Operating the event
  • Final invoicing
  • Attending site inspections and FAM trips
  • Developing your product knowledge
  • Attending events and meeting clients and suppliers

Fluency in English is essential; a 2nd European language is useful. You should be creative, have imagination, be confident meeting people and love discovering new ideas.

This Events Executive role is an office based role in London (Borough). They have staff who have worked there for years and benefits include:
