This is an award-winning live, open-world immersive experience, combining storytelling, performance, technology, and hospitality into a single, guest-led environment. This includes building operational systems, leading the setup of front-of-house operations, concessions-style food service, guest flow, and venue infrastructure, while ensuring all shows, events, and guest interactions are delivered consistently and effectively.

The role of Visitor Operations Manager requires a strong understanding of operational throughput, staffing, queue management, and real-time problem solving within a complex public-facing environment.
