Our client is a long established award winning inbound tour operator working with international clients coming to the UK from many countries. The FIT Reservations Supervisor is responsible for a team of FIT Reservation Agents, ensuring all administration, reservations and contact with clients and suppliers are done to the best possible standards.
FIT Reservation Supervisors should have experience of managing a reservations team and have some knowledge of the key hotels in major cities in the UK. As FIT Reservations Supervisor your team will be dealing with B2B travel clients and be using the Tourplan system.
The Company have a professional and happy team with a low turnover of staff. Part of this is due to the genuine career opportunities they offer and the excellent ongoing training programmes.
The FIT Supervisor vacancy is available from the 9th June due to training and holiday schedules; if you cannot start then, the start date will be August. The role is hybrid after a 6 month training period. Successful candidates will be contacted within 48 hours.
