We are seeking a Tailor Made Reservation Agent to work for an award-winning UK inbound tour operator where you will be working with a team handling all B2B enquiries coming from overseas travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, airlines and wholesalers whose clients need help booking hotels and tourism services throughout the UK and Ireland.
As a Tailor Made Reservation Agent, you will be liaising daily with hotels, attractions, theatres, transport, guides, sightseeing companies and sporting venues - anything a tourist may want to do whilst here. Sometimes the client knows what they want to do, sometimes you will be researching ideas for them.
You will be working on the Tourplan system (full training offered) so you should be familiar with making reservations on some sort of travel system. Preference will be given to people with experience of booking hotels plus some knowledge of key tourist attractions.
