Our client owns a major UK Theatre group and works B2B with a popular ticketing system, offering tour operators, online travel companies, coach companies, and wholesalers easy booking systems for all the West End Theatre and their own popular shows. This is a new position to join a professional and well-known sales team, with your portfolio mainly in the international travel trade.
As Partnership & Sales Manager, you will attend all the major trade shows and industry events. They are members of UKinbound, BETA, CTA, and partner with many Visit Britain trade shows. The Partnership & Sales Manager will account manage key international clients and drive new sales.
This role is open only to a sales professional who has sold a tourism product and is familiar with ticketing systems, as you will be onboarding new clients and ensuring they can work easily with the company. Candidates do not need to have a love of theatre, but if you do, you will get the chance to entertain at many shows! You must love and have worked in the UK travel and tourism sector and be familiar with key tour operators, OTAs, wholesalers, and MICE DMCs.
Office-based 2/3 days a week in Central London, this full-time position would suit someone with at least 5 years of sales experience within the UK tourism sector. A high-profile role, you will manage a budget, decide on which international sales trips to undertake, and work well within a team. You will have a department that will look after all your bookings and enquiries and train them on information about new clients.
