Experience Oxfordshire is the official Destination Management Organisation and Local Visitor Partnership for Oxfordshire committed to promote and develop Oxfordshire. The area welcomes nearly 30 million visitors a year adding £2.3 billion to the economy for this area.

Experience Oxfordshire have created a new role to join the marketing and partnerships team as Marketing & Partnerships Manager. You will manage a small marketing team who work closely with the 200+ members (including hotels, attractions, restaurants and sightseeing companies).

As Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will be offered a varied and busy role which will include:

  • Management of key partners
  • Developing key objectives
  • Generating new partner income
  • Delivering marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C
  • Delivering marketing campaigns
  • Working with the media on high profile events
  • Managing the partnership event programmes
  • Attending industry events
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and the CEO

A knowledge of working with the MICE market would be useful. A background in Marketing & Partnerships would preferably include working within the tourism sector and have strong knowledge of Oxfordshire as a destination. You must have a commercial marketing background and have worked both B2B and B2C, and enjoy developing a talented team.

Please note: This Marketing & Partnerships Manager role is an office-based role, but you will attend regular events around the country and must hold a clean licence and have a car (mileage paid).
