Our client is a global software company specialising in the inbound tourism sector and we are recruiting for a Head of Sales & Marketing to manage a team of sales staff and lead the region's commercial function. As Head of Sales and Marketing you will own the full cycle from market research, partnerships, lead generation and marketing.
You will have experience of leading and motivating a team, shaping strategy and building the pipeline. Reporting to the MD you will also have close relationships with the international Head of Sales & Marketing teams.
Head of Sales & Marketing candidates must have at least 10 years commercial experience, be a strong people leader, excellent communication skills and an understanding of the inbound tourism industry.
The role will be office based 4 days a Month (Wednesday & Thursday every other week) otherwise home based if preferred.
