We seek a Head of Tour Operations to join a long established travel company specialising in the youth, sport and educational market, handling specialised group tours to Europe. As Head of Tour Operations, you will manage the business and the team who operate and quote for specialist tours to Europe primarily from the USA.
Based in their Epsom office, you will be involved in tour creation, quotations, negotiation with suppliers and be the key point of contact with the clients. You will be the Key Account handler for major accounts and have experience of working in European tour operations.
