Salary: £65,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Potential Profit Share

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing electrical contractor based in North West London. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of electrical maintenance contracts, small works, and remedial projects, managing delivery from inception through to completion. Projects are typically valued up to £250,000 and require a proactive, hands-on manager who can balance client relationships, operational delivery, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will be based predominantly from the office, with regular site visits and client meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of approximately 12-15 electricians across multiple contracts and projects.
  • Overseeing electrical maintenance contracts and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Managing electrical projects and remedial works with values up to £250,000.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and developing strong working relationships.
  • Planning labour and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitoring project performance, costs, and programme requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Producing reports and providing updates to senior management.
  • Supporting business growth through excellent service delivery and identifying additional opportunities.

Requirements

  • Electrical background with previous experience working on the tools.
  • Experience in a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Supervisor position.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical installations, maintenance, and remedial works.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and contracts simultaneously.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and organisational ability.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
