Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive safety checks, testing, maintenance, and calibration of hire and customer-owned equipment.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately, both digitally and physically.
- Maintain the workshop and equipment, ensuring sufficient volumes of core hire equipment are always available.
- Manage workloads effectively, prioritising tasks efficiently to meet operational demands.
- Provide telephone support to customers, addressing queries and offering technical assistance.
- Maintain an organised stock of spare parts for timely repairs and replacements.
- Communicate professionally with customers via email and telephone.
- Attend internal and external training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Liaise with national teams, offering support and collaboration as required.
