Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of it's client who are looking for 1 x Plumber needed in Banstead, Surrey

Location: Banstead
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 Month
Pay Rate: £25 per hour
Requirements: Must have a valid driving license

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join a new build project in Banstead. The role involves working on a new build complex of 12 properties, focusing on mid and 2nd fix installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Carry out mid and 2nd fix plumbing works to a high standard
  • Ensure all work complies with building regulations and site safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred)
  • Previous experience working on new build residential projects
  • Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
