The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of general building maintenance and minor multi-trade works, working both independently and alongside Multi-Trade Operatives and Pipe Fitters.

A company Luton van will be provided for daily use and must be collected and returned to Head Office each day.

  • 07:30
  • Arrive at Head Office (EN2) to collect company Luton van.
  • Travel to allocated sites.
  • 08:00-08:30
  • Arrive on site and commence work.
  • Carry out allocated tasks throughout the day.
  • 15:30
  • Leave site.
  • 16:30
  • Return company vehicle to Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • General labouring duties.
  • Rubbish collection and site clearance.
  • Driving a Luton van fitted with a tail lift.
  • Breaking out small concrete bases (specialist tooling provided).
  • Carrying out minor concrete and screed floor repairs.
  • Basic carpentry repairs.
  • Minor brickwork patching and making good.
  • Filling, preparation and painting.
  • Painting boiler room floors.
  • Application of non-accredited fire-rated mastics.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a multi-trade or building maintenance role.
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Confident driving a Luton van with tail lift.
  • Own hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
