Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates for remediation and minor civils projects
- Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Carry out take-offs and produce BOQs
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Work closely with project and commercial teams during handover
- Experience working as an Estimator within civils, remediation, or similar sectors
