A leading specialist façade contractor is looking for a Façade Estimator to join their pre-construction team, working on a mix of EWI, recladding, refurbishment, and new build schemes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing tenders, cost plans, and BOQs
- Taking off quantities from drawings and technical specs
- Pricing façade packages (cladding, EWI, recladding, etc.)
- Sourcing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Supporting bid submissions alongside senior estimators
- Liaising with design teams, architects, and consultants
- Raising RFIs and resolving technical queries
- Attending site visits to support accurate pricing
- Producing value engineering options and cost-saving solutions
- Identifying commercial risks within tenders
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in estimating or commercial support within construction
- Background in façades, cladding, or EWI projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Confident working in a fast-paced tender environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience on both main contractor and subcontract tenders
- Understanding of construction contracts and procurement
- Experience with estimating or pricing software
What You’ll Get:
