About the Role
We are working with a busy electrical contractor delivering commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint two experienced Electrical Site Managers. These roles will involve running site activities on live projects, working under the direction of a Project Manager, and taking responsibility for day-to-day site delivery, labour management, and coordination. Projects will vary in size, with some sites running up to 10 operatives, and smaller projects requiring the Site Manager to act as the main on-site presence, supported remotely by a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of electrical works on site
- Supervision of electrical labour (typically up to 10 operatives)
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
- Implementing and maintaining health & safety standards on site
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades
- Ordering day-to-day materials and managing site logistics
- Liaising with the Project Manager and providing regular progress updates
- Acting as the main site presence on smaller projects
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor
- Gold Card Electrician essential
- Testing & Inspection experience required
- Experience working on commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B)
- Strong understanding of site health & safety requirements
- Ability to manage labour, materials, and programme effectively
- Comfortable working under a Project Manager and taking site ownership
