Strong Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading construction and demolition contractor, and we are actively seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.
Location: Hybrid working (office based in the Erith/Purfleet area)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum + competitive package
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Ensure document control processes are followed in line with project requirements

Support project teams with documentation for health & safety, risk assessments, and compliance

Liaise with site teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper document flow

Organise and archive technical documentation effectively
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Document Controller role within construction

Demolition industry background highly desirable

Solid understanding of risk assessments and site documentation processes

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Strong IT skills including document management software (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite – desirable but not essential)
