A well-established international freight forwarder with multiple global offices is looking to hire a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client growth. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new freight forwarding business across air, sea, or road freight
  • Selling multimodal logistics solutions to importers, exporters, and supply chain clients
  • Developing long‑term commercial relationships with customers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven business development experience in freight forwarding
  • Knowledge of air, sea, or road freight (multimodal experience advantageous)
  • A strong track record of winning new business
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivated and capable of managing your own client portfolio
