Air Conditioning Engineer & Mate – Birmingham
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4-6 weeks
We are currently looking for 1 x Air Conditioning Engineer and 1 x Air Conditioning Mate for a commercial project in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
- Validation of 2 x VRV systems (primarily assessing existing pipework condition).
- Decommissioning and removal of existing plant on 2 x VRV systems.
- Installation of 2 x new VRV systems, retaining the existing pipework.
- Installation of new DX coils for AHUs 01-05.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
Both Operatives:
- Enhanced DBS (essential).
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own PPE.
- Reliable transport to site.
Air Conditioning Engineer:
- Valid F-Gas Certification (essential).
- Own tools.
- Proven experience installing and replacing VRV systems.
Rates
- Air Conditioning Engineer: £34.00 per hour (Weekly CIS Pay).
- Air Conditioning Mate: £16.80 per hour
