Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Plumbing (Permanent)
Location: London – Mobile
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hours per week: 40 hours
Rate: £21.50PH
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Plumbing Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London.
Duties
- Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance.
- Fault-find and repair commercial hot and cold water systems.
- Maintain pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, expansion vessels and TMVs.
- Carry out water hygiene duties, including temperature checks and flushing.
- Complete minor plumbing installations and remedial works.
- Complete job reports and update works using CAFM systems.
- Work safely in accordance with RAMS and Permit to Work procedures.
- Participate in an emergency call-out rota when required.
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent Plumbing qualification.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Minimum 3 years’ commercial building services maintenance experience.
- Strong commercial plumbing and fault-finding experience.
- Experience with pumps, booster sets and pressurisation units.
- Water Hygiene / Legionella awareness.
- Experience using CAFM or mobile workforce systems.
- Good customer-facing and communication skills.
Desirable: TMV certification, IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and L8 training.
