As the M&E Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of pre-construction activities, including business development, tender management, and client relationship management. Your role will involve:

Business Development:

Generate and develop new business leads.

Expand existing client relationships and leverage networks within Greater Manchester.

Bring a database of established client connections and identify new business opportunities.

Confidently bring new business through your own client base.

Strategic Planning:

Develop, input, review, and renew the company’s business-winning strategy.

Plan, lead, and manage activities related to identifying, pursuing, and capturing work opportunities.

Tender Management:

Oversee the tender process, ensuring the estimating team works under optimal conditions.

Prioritise tenders to align with company goals.

Lead early and mid-tender reviews, pre-submission meetings, and finalisation with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Submit relevant Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) information.
