Strong Construction is working on behalf of our client who are currently looking to recruit Bench Joiners to start asap on a permanent basis in Billericay, Essex to start working from asap.
*Opportunity for site installation work may also be available*
Candidate specification:
- Must have proven experience as a Bench Joiner
- Must be able to work to a high standard of finish
- Must be able to interpret detailed setting-out drawings and cutting sheets
- Must be confident working as part of a team or on your own initiative
- Must have good attention to detail and precision
- Must be proficient in using a variety of hand tools
- Must be able to communicate well with other trades/departments
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 39 hours per week
- Must adhere to health & safety guidelines
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:30am-3:00pm
Weekly pay, one week in arrears
Overtime paid at 1.5x after initial 41 hours
Weekly bonus scheme available in addition to overtime
Annual Salary of £35,000 – £40,000 is on offer, depending on experience.
