Ductwork Project Manager
Location: Bristol
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 18 months
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently looking for an experienced Ductwork Project Manager to oversee and manage ductwork installation works on a long-term project.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in ductwork and ventilation systems, with proven experience managing projects, site teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage ductwork installation works from start to completion.
- Coordinate site operatives, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure programme deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and site management.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS and CSCS cards – Essential.
- Proven experience as a Ductwork Project Manager.
- Strong background in ductwork installation and ventilation systems.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple work activities.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
