Our client is a well known and award winning, established inbound tour operator working with tour operators from around the world, planning and booking services for clients coming to the UK. We have a new role as a Reservations Agent to join the growing team your role will be working with hotels all around the UK and Ireland and liaising daily with overseas travel agents, booking hotels and suggesting which hotels for clients to stay in. A varied and interesting role, this would suit someone wanting to get into Inbound Tourism as they offer great career opportunities and genuine training. The role will be based in their Edinburgh office and after a full training programme lasting up to 6 months you can then be home based twice a week. They use the system Tourplan and are happy to offer additional training on that. The company offer great career opportunities and a range of amazing benefits. You will also have the opportunity for major career progression and the company boast a low turnover of staff. You should have some experience working within reservations and some experience of booking UK tourism services and great administration skills.
