We’re looking for a passionate and organised Studio Manager to lead our brand-new STRONG Pilates studio in Ealing. You’ll be the face of the brand, managing daily operations, supporting members, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
Community Leadership
- Be the welcoming, energetic face of STRONG Ealing
- Greet clients by name and create a supportive environment
- Build and nurture a strong, inclusive member community
- Assist with sales of memberships, merch, and packages
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inspiring studio environment
- Lead by example and motivate your instructor team
- Oversee studio presentation and upkeep between classes
- Manage all day-to-day studio operations
- Respond to client enquiries (walk-ins, phone, email)
- Oversee the studio’s Instagram and Facebook pages
- Support membership sales, follow-ups and marketing efforts
- Handle scheduling, class bookings, and client management via Hapana
- Lead a high-performing team and promote exceptional customer service
- Send monthly newsletters and basic marketing campaigns
- Address feedback, resolve issues, and support all client needs

- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry (a plus!)
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends
