Salary: £30,000 + Performance Bonus + Additional Class Pay

The Opportunity

This is far more than a Studio Manager role. It's an opportunity to join our business before the doors open and help build something exceptional from the ground up. Working alongside the owners and our experienced Franchise Manager, you'll play a key role throughout the studio build, pre-sale campaign and launch, helping establish STRONG Pilates Maidenhead as Berkshire's leading boutique fitness destination. You'll gain first-hand experience of launching a premium fitness business while helping generate founding memberships, build local partnerships and create an outstanding member experience from day one.

As part of your development, you'll spend time working within our award-winning Anytime Fitness Maidenhead franchise before opening. This paid development period will give you practical experience in sales, leadership, operations, customer service and member retention while learning from a management team recognised as Club of the Year within another leading fitness franchise. You'll also work closely with the STRONG Pilates support team, attending planning meetings and launch calls to understand the systems, standards and operational excellence behind one of the world's fastest-growing boutique fitness brands.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll lead by example every day. You'll manage the day-to-day operation of the studio while creating an environment where members feel welcomed, supported and inspired every time they visit. You'll work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain impeccable presentation standards and build a thriving fitness community. Teaching is a core part of the role. You'll complete our fully funded STRONG Academy Instructor Certification and regularly coach classes, while providing instructor cover when required to ensure a consistently exceptional member experience.

Experience within fitness, hospitality, leisure or retail would be advantageous, but attitude, personality and ambition are far more important. Full training will be provided.
