We're looking for an ambitious Head Coach to join us before we open , helping launch STRONG Pilates Maidenhead while developing into a future Studio Manager. This is far more than an instructor role. You'll deliver exceptional classes while learning every aspect of running a premium boutique fitness business, working closely alongside our Studio Manager and experienced Franchise Manager. If you have ambitions to progress into studio management and want to be part of something from day one, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding STRONG Pilates classes. Inspire and motivate members through exceptional coaching. Support the day-to-day operation of the studio. Assist with sales, member experience and studio presentation. Help build a thriving fitness community. Play a key role in launching Berkshire's first STRONG Pilates studio. Career Development This role has been specifically designed for someone who wants to progress. You'll receive: Fully funded STRONG Academy Instructor Certification. Hands-on mentoring from an experienced Franchise Manager. Paid development within our award-winning Anytime Fitness Maidenhead franchise before launch. Practical experience in sales, leadership, operations and business management. A genuine pathway to becoming a Studio Manager as our business grows. We're Looking For An experienced: Personal Trainer Group Exercise Instructor Pilates Instructor Boutique Fitness Coach Or another experienced fitness professional who is passionate about coaching, delivers exceptional customer service and wants to build a long-term career within boutique fitness. Essential Qualification To attend the STRONG Academy, applicants must already hold a recognised prerequisite qualification, such as: Level 2 Gym Instructor Level 3 Personal Trainer Pilates Qualification Dance Qualification Lagree or Megaformer Instructor Indoor Cycling, HIIT or another recognised group exercise qualification If you're unsure whether your qualification is eligible, we're happy to discuss this before you apply.
