We are seeking a passionate and experienced Studio Manager to lead and inspire our
team. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with a strong background in fitness, a
proven track record in driving sales, and a genuine passion for helping others improve
their lives through exercise. As the Studio Manager, you will oversee all aspects of studio
operations, motivate the team to deliver exceptional member experiences, and play a
pivotal role in driving membership growth.

Key Responsibilities
As a STRONG Manager, you are a natural leader passionate about health and wellness. You
excel at building lasting relationships, determined to drive the team to deliver an
exceptional experience to our new and existing members. You lead by example, setting
daily goals for yourself and your team to create an environment where everyone is eager
to come back for more.
β Oversee daily studio operations, including class schedules, staff, and facilities
β Lead efforts to acquire new members through sales strategies and community
β Develop and implement strategies to retain existing members and ensure ongoing satisfaction
β Motivate and mentor a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional classes and customer service
β Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
β Foster a positive and inclusive community culture within the studio
β Address member inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly
Qualifications and Experience
β Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team in the fitness industry
β Sales experience in fitness-related business
β Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
β Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
β Passion, enthusiasm, and genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the
lives of others through exercise
