Strong Life Care is seeking a Senior Carer to join our home and uphold high standards of resident care. Reporting to the Home Manager or Deputy Manager, you will lead the care team, deliver relationship-centered and clinical care, and ensure dementia-focused practice is incorporated into daily routines.
You will be involved in staff recruitment and training, supervise performance, and ensure care plans, safety procedures and infection control are consistently applied across all shifts.
