We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Petts Wood office and provide a comprehensive, professional, and efficient function to support the company and deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills and a good telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience providing a confidential, reliable and flexible admin service to internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Experience in data entry
You will receive £22,000 (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday).
