The predicted salary is between 60000 - 70000 £ per year.

We are looking for a registered Building Inspector to assist in covering the Central London area including Fulham, Hammersmith, Pimlico, Kensington, Maida Vale and Sheppard's Bush. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.

You will need BSR registration of class ideally 2ABD, although all Class 2 levels considered, for plan checking and site inspection. You should be conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the RBI code of Conduct. Previous in-house or external building control experience is required, along with demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work) and the ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build. A current valid driving licence is also necessary.
