Our Role

We are looking for a registered Building Inspector to join our Wakefield/NE team to assist in covering Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas. We are keen to speak to customer focused Building Inspectors with plan checking and site inspection experience in residential and commercial projects.

You will need:

  • BSR registration of class 2 A, B, D as a minimum, for plan checking and site inspection
  • Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and the RBI code of Conduct
  • Previous in-house or external building control experience
  • Demonstrable building control case management (portfolio of work)
  • Ability to manage a caseload of regional building control works at different stages of build
  • Current valid driving licence
