Strom are looking for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join the expanding sales team. The individual will be responsible for developing sales at merchant and installer levels as well as overseeing and raising product awareness and product knowledge. This activity will be carried out within an already established customer network along with our ever-increasing portfolio of electric heating and renewable products.
The ideal candidate will be situated in the Central Midlands, ideally in the B/LE postcode areas to provide easy access to your area. You will work within a fast-growing market segment and need to be self-motivated, with excellent communication skills. A plumbing and heating background, whether merchant or manufacturer, would be a distinct advantage, but most importantly, excellent face-to-face sales skills would be essential.
The position would include:
- Full product and systems training
- A competitive salary of 30 – 45k (DOE), which is in line with the market.
