As a UK Clinical Success Manager at Strolll, you will combine your clinical expertise and passion for patient care to drive adoption and maximize utilisation of our rehabilitation software, Strolll AR.

In this role, you will work closely with the commercial sales team to support clinic growth by providing demonstrations, managing installations, delivering new customer training, troubleshooting issues, and delivering ongoing account management.

You will deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions to clinicians, ensuring they are confident and competent in using Strolll AR, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals to position yourself as a trusted partner in their success.

Collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations will be central to shaping and executing Strolll’s clinical success strategy in the UK.

Your primary objective will be to increase utilisation of Strolll AR devices, measured in weekly rehabilitation hours, across your territory or region.

Success in this role will be clear, measurable, and directly linked to achieving company-wide goals.

This position requires a solid understanding of the UK clinical landscape and the ability to translate Strolll’s technology into meaningful patient outcomes.

By doing so, you will empower healthcare providers to deliver more effective, engaging, and scalable care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of the clinical network and enhance utilisation of Strolll AR across your region.
  • Educate existing and prospective customers on the clinical benefits and best practices of Strolll AR through presentations, demonstrations, and hands‑on training.
  • Partner with the commercial sales team to expand the number of clinics using and prescribing Strolll AR.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical success matters, including installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer training.
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and follow‑up education to ensure clinician proficiency and confidence in using Strolll AR.
  • Analyse usage data and clinic metrics to identify opportunities for increasing adoption and optimizing utilisation.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Represent Strolll at local, regional, and national events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Record all customer activity and communications in the company CRM (Hub Spot).
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and innovations in digital therapeutics, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Performance Targets
  • Set and meet quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs), jointly defined with the Director of Clinical Operations, to drive weekly usage and retention.
  • Achieve positive feedback from clinical sites regarding training, support, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements / Desired Skills

  • Current HCPC-registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with equivalent Band 6 (or very experienced Band 5) clinical experience, ideally within neurological rehabilitation.
  • Active license in good standing, with no historical or current disciplinary actions.
  • Strong clinical, technical, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding, and competitive environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using technology in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with initiative and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently, setting priorities and direction with limited supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK (50–75% of working time).
  • Bonus: Experience with digital health, AR/VR.
  • Ideally based in the Midlands to enable regular collaboration in the Strolll office in Stafford.
  • Hybrid working with regular UK travel to support customers.
  • Salary & Benefits
  • £45,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company closure over the Christmas period, in addition to your annual leave allowance.
