Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung von Neukunden und Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenstamms im Outbound (Bereich B2B Festnetz & Mobilfunk)
  • vertriebsorientierte Gesprächsführung (Cross- und Upselling)
  • Beratung und Verkauf von Telekommunikationsprodukten
  • Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrungen im B2B-Vertrieb und Kundenservice
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich
  • Überzeugungskraft durch eine positive Ausstrahlung, Sachkenntnis und Souveränität
  • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Telefonieren
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
