Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Neukunden im Outbound (Bereich B2B Festnetz & Mobilfunk)

  • vertriebsorientierte Gesprächsführung (Cross- und Upselling)

  • Beratung und Verkauf von Telekommunikationsprodukten

  • Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche

Dein Profil
  • eingeschriebener Student an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule

  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Erfahrungen im Vertrieb und/oder Kundenservice von Vorteil

  • PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich

  • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Telefonieren

  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
