Deine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung von E-Learnings-, Schulungs- und Trainingsprogrammen, sowie Austausch mit anderen Trainern
- Planung und Durchführung von Trainings
- Identifikation von Stärken und Schwächen im Rahmen von Coaching am Arbeitsplatz
- eigenständige Entwicklung von Trainingsstrategien sowie deren Vermittlung für den erfolgreichen Verkaufsabschluss
- Qualitätssicherung sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- aktive Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Projektergebnisse
- Analyse und Reporting der Ausbildungs- und Trainingsergebnisse
Dein Profil:
- Berufserfahrung als Trainer im Call Center
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Trainingseinheiten
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- technische Affinität, vor allem im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook
- analytisches Denk- und Urteilsvermögen sowie Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
- professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten z.B. in den Bereichen Rhetorik, Moderationsfähigkeit, Wissensvermittlung
- Empathie und Freude daran, Kollegen bei der Weiterentwicklung zu begleiten
