Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? Are you looking for an opportunity where you can use your expertise to make a real difference to managers and staff across a diverse organisation? You will act as the specialist point of contact for employee relations across the College Group, providing proactive, professional and pragmatic advice and support to managers on a wide range of people matters.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, helping managers navigate complex employee relations issues and ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and College policies. You will support managers through the full employee relations process, including disciplinary and grievance proceedings, capability and probation reviews, investigations, attendance management and performance matters. You will also lead on flexible working requests and provide advice and guidance on family-friendly policies, including maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave, as well as career break arrangements.

We are looking for someone who can build trusted relationships with managers at all levels and provide clear, practical and solutions-focused advice. You will have experience of managing a varied HR caseload, a sound working knowledge of employment law and the confidence to support managers in dealing with sensitive and complex employee relations matters.

The role offers a salary from K30 £37,263 up to K33 £40,079 per annum, which is dependent on experience and qualifications, primarily based at Strode's College, with travel to our other campuses as required.
