working on a rota basis, at our Footprints home in rural Stodmarsh, Canterbury. We are looking for individuals who really wants to enhance the lives of young people with physical and complex health needs.
Shifts will either be contracted for 25 hours per week (part time) or 37.5 (full time). Please note the following - Β·

Job Opportunity As a Care and Support Worker at Footprints you'll: Improve health and wellbeing and provide all forms of personal care to the young people who use our services. Ensure all aspects of the young people's personal and emotional care are fully met. Maximise their experiences and developmental opportunities and encourage them to reach their full potential by promoting their independence. Assist in arranging trips, outings and holidays and accompanying the young people when required. Support and participate in all areas of the running of the home, keeping it clean and tidy and adhering to Health and Safety requirements. As a Strode Park Foundation colleague you'll get comprehensive support from day one and receive training and development opportunities to develop your skills.
