Set within a beautiful 19th-century Victorian manor house surrounded by 14 acres of grounds, Strode Park House offers a relaxed, homely setting for residents on both short- and long-term stays. Here, traditional nursing values sit alongside modern clinical practice, giving you the opportunity to deliver high-quality care with dignity, independence and choice at its heart.

You’ll play a key role in supporting residents’ nursing, wellbeing and holistic needs, working as part of a committed team where every shift is meaningful, varied and fulfilling. This is a full-time, permanent role working 39.75 hours per week, with a salary of £37,575.60 per annum.

What you’ll be doing

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll help ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assess, plan, implement and review care and support to residents.
  • Maintain a high standard of clinical work when carrying out nursing procedures.
  • Be responsible for the safe custody of medication, including checking and administration.
  • Plan and evaluate residents' individual care plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Must be an RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified nurse
  • Will have a valid NMC pin
  • Will have experience of medication management
  • Has an understanding of MCA, DOLS as well as safeguarding processes
