As a Strode Park Foundation colleague you will receive comprehensive support from day one and receive training and development opportunities to develop your skills.

Set within a beautiful 19th-century Victorian manor house surrounded by 14 acres of grounds, Strode Park House offers a relaxed, homely setting for residents on both short- and long-term stays.

Strode Park House is a residential home with nursing care for 55 adults with physical disabilities and complex needs in Herne, Kent. We’ve been delivering care since 1946, and this residential home is where it all started. For more information, please go to our Strode Park Foundation website.

You will also share our commitment to high-quality, safe and person-centred care, confidentiality, professional standards and continuous learning.
