Strode Park Foundation in Kent is seeking an exceptional Director of Care to provide strategic and operational leadership across residential and supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, safeguarding, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and collaborating with the Board of Trustees, you will lead care managers and multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and work with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
